2001 Tripp 41
Saoirse is a beautiful Tripp 41 built at Holby Marine. The Tripp 41's came into production in 1996 in two versions: racing and cruising - this is a 2001 cruising version. The cruising versions provide outstanding accommodations and amenities, yet the larger SA/D at 28.6 makes her a powerhouse on the water.
She's well outfitted for performance sailing with extensive instrumentation, on deck controls and carbon spars. Yet she is easily cruised short handed with an in boom furler, a roller furling jib and top down furling spinnakers which come with socks and torque rope for easy take downs.
Below decks she is efficiently yet commodiously laid out. Seating areas both port and starboard in the main salon can accommodate the whole family and plenty of friends and readily convert to berthing. The nav. station is outfitted with all systems, communications and navigation controls at your fingertips and features a non skid heeling platform. Her L shaped galley provides safety while underway and keeps food prep. out of the way of the main thoroughfare. Her voluminous V-berth and double berthed aft cabin provides comfortable sleeping and storage for long distance voyages, and her full head includes a hanging wet locker.
The Tripp 41 interior is light and airy with plenty of headroom and features varnished cherry joinery with white laminate surfaces, comfortable formed cushions in a gray tweed, and a teak and holly sole. She is pristine within and without and has been lovingly maintained. You will want for nothing in this fantastic all around performance cruiser.
