This is hull #2 of the ES-44 series, hull #1 Swish has had a string of successes with their most notable a win at Hamilton Island Race Week last year.

Hull #2 was built, sea trialed, did one fresh water series and then put in storage just waiting for the right owner to come along.

She is essentially new and turn key.

he ES 44 offers performance typically found in high end custom builds through strict attention to build weight, a modern design T bulb keel, double spreader carbon mast and boom and an ergonomically efficient deck layout. She has an extensive, new inventory of carbon membrane sails from Chesapeake Sails, B&G instruments, and Aspire Spars carbon fiber mast, boom, and prod.

  • The Kernan 44 is built to the highest marine manufacturing standards, utilizing the latest hi-tech materials and building techniques for racing yachts.  The Kernan 44 is designed to compete in a wide range of racing venues and conditions with the most efficient crew composition.
  • All composite structures are designed to be strong, stiff and light-weight to produce optimal performance on the race course.
  • Hull and deck construction consists of vacuum-consolidated, carbon reinforced e-glass materials with industry-leading synthetic coring producing maximum flexural and impact strength.
  • Additional reinforcement for all highly loaded deck fittings and hardware.
  • Scantlings meet or exceed ABS standards for offshore racing yachts.
